Finding the motivation to get up and go to the gym is the WORST. These are the 6 stages of getting ready to go workout but then you start to get more real with yourself and realize.. bed is best.

1. The pumped up stage

You have planned out your schedule to workout and you have gotten yourself so pumped up and ready to head to the gym to have the best workout of your life.

2. The I have a cute outfit stage

You even bought a whole new outfit or wardrobe for this special occasion and you put it on and cannot wait to show it off and be that one person who actually looks "cute" at the gym.

3. The when you realize how far the walk is stage

Especially being on campus the walk to the gym seems like a hike once you are all cozied up in your bed.. just seems like SO much effort...

4. The if I workout I have to eat healthy stage

That feeling that if you workout you're going to feel obligated to eat healthy the remainder of the day/week.. and you say no no to that

5. The get distracted by your phone stage because you had to let social media know you were actually going to be working out but...

You had to post on your snapchat a picture of your cute workout outfit but then once you start scrolling through social media you get a little distracted and hours later you're sitting on the couch, in your workout clothes, ready to fall asleep on instagram..

6. The "I'll work out tomorrow" stage

So you get up and make up 10 different excuses as why tonight you just physically can't workout and you promise to yourself that you will workout tomorrow just like you promised yourself the night before.. So Bed it is!!

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
