There's nothing like escaping your problems by sleeping, duh.
2. Play with dogs.
Dogs always make things better, why is this situation any different?
3. Eat comfort food.

4. Watch a TV show.

5. Talk to someone.
That's literally what friends are for.
6. Go for a run.
I do my best running while stressed, the anxiety makes my cardio last much longer.
