We all know what it feels like to be exhausted. You're taking 18 hours this semester, you have a part-time job after class, and a mom who is constantly texting you for updates on your life. Sometimes, you just need a break. You need a day where you can stay in your room all day without distractions, responsibilities, and most of all, homework.
You need a Potato Day.
Potatoes are the most graceful food we come in contact with. They are the most glorious, stationary objects that God created. Potatoes don't move and potatoes don't have responsibilities. Really, their only job is to sleep all day.
Here are a few signs you may be in need of a Potato Day.
1. You need more than one cup of coffee to wake up for class.
2. You're so tired, people just existing bother you.
3. Shia LaBeouf can't even motivate you anymore.
4. You're starting to look scary trying to keep your eyes open in class.
5. You're thinking of ridiculous ways to relieve your exhaustion.
6. You need help doing the simplest things.
If any of these apply to you, it's time for a Potato Day.
Go ahead and schedule it today because you'll need to get a Netflix line up put together, and a few snacks picked out so you can minimize walking to and from the fridge.
