Exams can be extremely stressful, but they can be manageable if you plan your schedule.
1. Start studying early. The more classes you take, the more exams you'll have to prepare for and - considering classes only last for a semester - you will have a lot of material to go through. If you have been steadily studying for an hour or two since the beginning of the semester, or since November, then your load of things to review and study for should be rather small. However, even if you start studying in December, start early in December; you'll be saving yourself a world of stress.
2. Go to a quiet and clean space. The library sometimes is the best place to focus. However, if you feel more comfortable in your room, get yourself a good lamp - sunlight is preferable - and clean your desk before your start. It will help you stay focused as you can both find everything you do need and there are no extraneous articles near you.
3. Have a snack with you if you are tired. Sometimes, having something to eat can help keep you awake when you are tired. Also, you can use it as a reward system to keep yourself motivated when studying.
4. Turn off your cellphone, and any other electronic you may not need. You don't want to be distracted while studying, especially once you get into a rhythm.
5. Get a lot of rest before the day of your exam. Being well rested is always good before an exam. Don't study the night before. Do something relaxing such as watching a movie, and then get yourself to bed. It will make you more attentive in the morning and you will understand the instructions in the exam much more easily.
