As finals approach, every person begins to react in a different way, here are some things for those who have not experienced college finals to keep in mind:
1. Breathe. Exams are tough, but midterms pretty much prepped you for this moment.
2. There is time to take a break. Though this is a crucial week, do not over-study because that this actually possible. Take a second to just hang out, watch Netflix, and let your brain relax. Then get back to studying.
3. Don't leave answers blank. Give it the good ol' college try!
4. Naps are your best friends. Feeling a little stressed? Trust me, a power nap will help.
5. Get work done early, so there is time to relax.
6. Never cram! It just makes for more stress, trust me when I say you cannot learn a full semester worth of history in a night.
7. Find a study buddy for your classes and meet up. (Maybe even that cute guy you have wanted an excuse to talk to)
8. While studying, put away your phone. It will really help you focus
9. Do not be afraid to ask your professors questions about the exam before or during the exam. It is better to know than to be confused.
10. You are more than one grade!
