1. Leslie Knope and Ron Swanson
This one is a given. This relationship is what makes the foundation of Parks and Recreation. Despite having polar opposite characteristics as people, Leslie's ridiculous amount of pep mixed with Ron's painful apathy somehow seem to go together creating perfect (okay, maybe not) harmony within the Parks department of Pawnee.
2. Joey Tribbiani and Phoebe Buffay
Throughout keeping up with the messy relationships between Ross, Rachel, Monica, Chandler, and other various characters on the show Friends, these two are the hilarious glue that keeps the group of friends in tact with comedic relief and loads of support for each other and the rest of the group.
3. SpongeBob SquarePants and Sandy Cheeks
From the day Sandy saved SpongeBob from being destroyed by a giant clam, the two pals are inseparable in the popular kids show, SpongeBob SquarePants. Through the idiocy of Patrick Star and selfishness of Mr. Krabs, the pair often works together (often through common interests) to create harmony in Bikini Bottom.
4. Jessica Day and Schmidt
These two may argue day and night within their shared apartment on New Girl, but that's what really helps the other characters to realize what good company they have surrounding them; the contrasting characteristics of Jess and Schmidt really have a way of helping viewers to understand realistic roommate situations as well.
5. Daryl and Beth
Although there has been some discrepancy as to whether or not there has ever been romantic chemistry between the two, Daryl and Beth show that even those with differing personality types can pull through to make an amazing team. The two not only cared deeply for one another, but also showed each other very important life lessons before Beth passed away in Season 5.
