I love my job and I've made great friends with my coworkers. We always have a great time when we work together and it makes going to work not always seem like work. However, there are some things that we all get tired of.

1. "Oh, it isn't scanning? It must be free!"

It isn't.

2. If something doesn't have a barcode or won't scan: "Oh, it costs (insert dollar amount here)."

That's nice sir, but that isn't how this works.

3. "Will you get any (insert product here) coming in on your next truck?"

I have no idea what is coming in on the next truck.

4. When someone comes in two minutes before closing.

Then doesn't pay attention to your store closing announcements.

5. Damp boob-sock money.

Thank you. I really wanted your smelly, moist, germ-filled money.

Even though these are all pretty much daily occurrences, I love my job. It's a great job for a college student since I'm surrounded by my peers and we can laugh about all the things that annoy us.
