The National Football League is finishing their last week of preseason which means that football is going to be in full swing for the next 6 months. Football can definitely be seen as a men's game or interest; however, as a woman raised in a female dominate household, we were born to love football. In my family it is crucial that you can 'hang' while we sit wide-eyed in front of the television chanting, yelling, and celebrating a single play. So to the guy who is interested in a woman who loves football, here is a couple tips to get you guys through football season.

1. Sunday's are Game Day.

Anyone who watches, or even know a little about football, knows that Sunday is the day for Football. If you are interested in a woman who loves football, Sundays dates are off limits; unless you are spending it snuggled on the couch in front of the television. However, you will soon realize that football doesn't just include Sundays but Mondays and Thursdays. Try to remember its only 6 months, so that means you only are really loosing 24 Sundays.

2. Every Game Counts.

Football is unique and different from every other sport in the sense that there are only 16 games. This isn't baseball season where you can lose 75 games in a row. Every game counts and is important, so yes, I will be watching every single Patriots game start to finish.

3. Football Players are Hot...

... especially quarterbacks, and anyone who looks like Julian Edelman or Rob Gronkowski. However, there is absolutely no reason for you to get jealous. I am not looking to date them, it's just nice to have a little eye candy during the game. A great pass is definitely more exciting when a hottie throws the ball.

4. The Food Matters.

Please do not even judge me and my eating habits. It's not salad season, it's football season which means the most delicious half time food ever. I'm not just wearing a big jersey for nothing; you got to allow room for the food! It's part of the experience so just go with it. Judgement free. And as Christian Bale once said, "Don't just stare at it. Eat it."

6. I am still a girl...

Babe we just had the best day watching three long games snuggled up on the couch. You've put up with me yelling and celebrating after things as simple as a good pass. See, we can have a great time around watching the game. On Sundays I just want to spend time in your arms watching Tom Brady throw pass after pass. However, at the end of the day I am not one of your buddies. I am your girl, your woman. So you better treat me like one.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
