1. You probably learned something about yourself of the world.

Let's turn a negative into a positive, if you think this way then it will always improve the situation.

2. There are people who love you and support you.

I know that this seems highly unlikely right now but I can assure you that someone out there cares and is hoping that this day gets better for you too. You can't always see them - but I promise they are there!

3. Things will get better- they always do.

Generally speaking things always get better once they are bad, especially if you feel like you have hit rock bottom.

4. Bad days make you stronger.

I know it's hard to believe, but just remember that hard days end up building your character. Always remember what doesn't kill you makes you stronger!

5. It's a bad day not a bad life

Just remember this, no matter how bad a day is you are still alive in the here and now.
