As time is getting closer to the finish line (college graduation) sometimes the world can seem to tumble down. That's because life does not allow you to have a break. The family problems, economic situations, or any concerns will continue and it can simply destroy your life at the moment, making the future unclear. Therefore, those four years spent doing all-nighters, reading, studying, slowly dying can make you question if it was all worth it.

Talk to yourself
What you need to say is no to all that negativity, and give yourself a little pep talk. Even though it may seem a little weird, it can help greatly. Reassuring what you want, or how your feeling can open your eyes and reduce your anxiety.
Treat Yourself
Get yourself a little something. You can go out for an ice cream, some nail polish, a basketball, even time can count! Time to watch a show on Netflix, time to take a nap, time to take a bath, or time to make a fuller meal. Treat yourself.
Let your Feelings Out

It is perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed. Letting your feelings poor out will relieve a ton of stress from your shoulders. Showing your feelings is not a sign of weakness, but rather a show of strength because you are acknowledging that you are human, and that is OK.
Have a Dance Party
Having a little goof time will bring a smile on your face. Dance like no one is watching and have some fun! Put on the best songs that will bring back good memories, ones that you can sing and rap to, or ones that will allow you to recreate the choreography from "So You Think You Can Dance."
Surround yourself with Positivity
Surround yourself with people who inspire you. People with a drive to succeed, determination to get there, and dedication to help others. Ambition is contagious and it will get you out of the negative Nancy mode. Now enjoy all the things you have going for you! Look at the positivity, at the people surrounding you, dust the dirt of your shoulders and keep chasing your goals!
