5 Shows to Binge on Netflix if You Like Law and Order

1. Lie to Me

A crime show where a scientist can read the emotions of people and tell whether or not they are telling the truth about whatever case the Lightman Group is currently on. Lie to Me isn't as good as Law and Order: SVU but it's up there on the list of crime shows I could watch over and over again

2. White Collar

A seriously witty crime show with Matt Bomer as the main character. Need I say more? You get a good plot and a hot man all in one show. It also takes place in the best city in the world and involves Bomer, who was once a fugitive, helping the FBI solve cases.

3. Burn Notice

An ex-spy is living in Miami and wanted dead literally by everyone. This show has so many twists and turns, you might get sick of it, but you won't want to stop watching.

4. La Niña

Watch the life of a Colombian guerilla fighter be exposed as she struggles to integrate herself back into society after losing her childhood to war and fighting. It's in Spanish, but Alias Sara will break your heart and draw you into life with the war.

5. Narcos

Pablo Escobar was one of the most succesful drug lords in the world. This Netflix Original shows his life and the struggles of those who were living in Colombia during that time. It's part English and part Spanish, but it's an amazing show to watch. You'll be hooked by the magical realism after one episode.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
