5 Reasons Why You're Close With Your Boyfriend's Sister

If your boyfriend has a sister, and you're not close with her, what are you doing? That's the only other girl that has your boyfriend's heart whether you like it or not. She will always be in your life as long as you and your boyfriend are going to date, and she will NOT hesitate to share her thoughts and opinions about you. Personally, being an only child, my fiance's sister is an absolute nut, but I love her for it. Here are five reasons how you know you've become close with your boyfriend's sister.

1. You guys are always hungry together

This explains our relationship perfectly. For the first two weeks of my fiance and I dating, his sister and I would go to Taco Bell every day. Maybe twice a day, if she was lucky! Sometimes we'll just look at each other and know we need to go get food.

2. She never fails to make me laugh

No matter how down I am, this girl will make me laugh until my brown skin turns red. Even when I don't want to laugh or smile, I just can't help myself around her. I have endless Snapchats of this girl, and one day I will play them at her wedding.

3. She gets me another drink whenever she goes into the house

Alright friends, if this isn't love, I don't know what is. The fact that she even knows what I drink, is love right there.

4. You'd never dare to send other people the Snapchats you send her

I can make some reallllyyyy ugly faces, and with these new filters, it takes my ugly face game to a whole new level. I'll tell you she's the only person I dare to send screenshot worthy Snapchats to.

5. She's the younger sister I was never given

There are days where she wants to kill me, there are days she's happiest to see me. There are days when she needs me, and I'm her shoulder to cry on. As much as she needs/wants me around all of the time, I need her just as much.

She has taught me who to be an older sister. It's almost like being a second mom, but we keep each other secrets and I can't ground her--but don't worry, she knows I'll yell at her if she does something wrong.

Keep being you darling, and thank you for being someone I know I'll have forever.
