If you haven't seen The Office, then you are missing out. The characters are so relatable and the continuous jokes make for such a great show. There is no doubt that in one way or another, someone or some thing from The Office can be compared to your life.

1. Michael Scott

We ALL know that one person who is exactly like Michael. He is socially awkward and gets himself into the worst situations. These people constantly need attention and approval from anyone who will give it to them. They aren't that great at functioning in society, and you can probably always count on them to embarrass themselves and you at the same time. But, deep down you enjoy having that person around you know that they have some potential to thrive in life.

2. Jim and Dwight's Pranks

Whether it be at work at school, we all have someone we wish we could do this to. Someone like Dwight who is constantly getting on your nerves and thinking they know everything, and you want nothing more than to test their limits. Some of Jim's classic pranks like putting Dwight's things in Jello, jamming his desk drawers, and even talking about Dwight in Morse Code, are just a few of the pranks we all wish we could do to someone in real life.

3.Pam and Jim's Relationship

Everyone knows that Jim and Pam are goals, there is no doubt about it. Jim is beyond in love with Pam and he treats her like a princess, and that's what we all love so much. He stayed in love in with her over many years, when she was engaged to Roy, when she moved away, because he knew that he had to be with her. And, all that time Pam was trying to tell herself Jim was just a friend, but in the end they both knew they were meant to be. All of the odds were stacked against them but they still ended up together. Every girl on this planet wants a guy who loves her as much as Jim loves Pam. So, even if the guy you're secretly in love with is dating someone else, don't give up.

4. Toby Flenderson

Toby is the person that everyone at the office hates, basically just for being alive. We all know one person that can just walk into a room and instantly ruin our mood. Michael really can't stand to be around Toby, but even the other office workers find him annoying any time he's around. Sometimes you feel bad for him, because he never actually does anything wrong, but it's easy to forget and continue laughing.

5.Dwight and Angela

Dwight and Angela have a sort of forbidden love. They had a secret affair for so long, but never seemed to be able to make it work. Both of them had other relationships, and eventually Angela became pregnant with what she thought was the senator's child. But as they went on denying their love for each other, Angela finally revealed to Dwight that the baby was his. In the end they were able to share their love with each other, and I think we all rooted for them as we watched the show. Whether it's you or someone you know, we all know people who are supposed to be together but can never seem to make it work. When we do get to see those people finally get to be with the person they love, it makes everyone happy.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
