Many of us would like to think that Donald Trump's run for presidency is actually a joke and just a media hoax. He's offensive, politically incorrect, rude, and has bad hair. Shockingly enough though, he has a following. He has supporters and fans; people that actually want to see him in the Oval Office and they're not just the upper class. Here are five reasons why the Trump's personal "brand" could be helping him acquire new real estate at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
1. He's the boss and he makes sure you KNOW it. Whether you look back on his days of firing people on national TV networks, or you're just trying to wrap your head around his MASSIVE ego.
2. Although we might not want to admit it, Donald Trump is a winner and there's no doubt about it. He is worth 4 billion dollars, he's a real estate developer, chairman, and president of his own organization, an author, entertainment personality, and he's pretty much good at all of it.
3. He's fearless. He has nothing to lose and everything to gain. He speaks his mind and is completely and utterly unapologetic about anything horrible he has to say. He's pretty much untouchable, no one can hurt him. He's almost like a real-life Frank Underwood.
4. He has been let go by major retailer, Macy's, and major TV network, NBC, but the American people have yet to let the Trump phenomenon fade. He's currently leading the poles. Some believe it's his star power or his unlimited funds that are keeping him ahead of the other GOP candidates, but whatever it is, clearly it's working for now.
5. He's a businessman and people actually trust him and believe in him, unlike many other politicians. He knows how to handle money and he is banking on the possibility of straightening out the US's debt with his skills in finance.
All-in-all, he might be crazy, but he sure does make some valid points. He cannot be compared to any other politician we have ever seen before, he truly is making history. Heck, maybe in 10 years, we will be reading about this phenomenon in a text book.
