Do you laugh and crack jokes to hide how crappy things are going? Do you have a home life that isn't exactly stereotypical? And are you the friend who is never really comfortable? Well don't fear because you aren't alone, there are plenty "Chandler Bings" out there. And there are plenty of reasons it's great to be a "Bing."
1. Advice isn't exactly your strong suit.

You haven't exactly been through the same stuff as the normal person, and you can't contribute as much as the next person. You often offer something else, or just make a sarcastic remark and let the person move on. With that being said, you are still there for your friends, and they still come to you despite your terrible attempts.
2. Being attractive also isn't a strong suit.

You are mostly awkward and because of that, are never really seen as the attractive one in the friend group. That doesn't mean you won't end up with someone far out of your league, purely because you are in fact the nicest and sweetest of the group.
3. You're fluent in two languages, English and Sarcasm.

You may speak English, but your main language is most definitely sarcasm. Usually the first thought that comes to mind is something cynical and you can't help that. It just so happens you hate a large majority of people and the things they do.
4. You love yourself and simultaneously hate yourself.

Some times you realize that you have some good days! Some times you make some great jokes, and you can even have the occasional sentimental moment. Then you realize that your family isn't completely right, and you screwed up on that test last week. You remember stealing that pack of gum when you were eight, and lying about that broken window in the fourth grade. You never really let yourself get to high on that horse.
5. In the end, you turn out all right.

You aren't the most attractive or the best at the whole talking thing. You may be a little awkward, and might talk out loud without even knowing. But the fact of the matter is, you turn out all right in the end. You have the best friends, and even though your family is a little different, they support you. It really isn't that bad.
There are a lot of reasons that being Chandler Bing is commonly called a favorite among "Friends" fans, and personally my spirit animal. It isn't such a bad thing being a "Bing." Your weird family history makes it so you really don't have humility, making it impossible to embarrass you. You attract some of the best friends, and often crack the best jokes even when its the most inappropriate. Needless to say, I'd rather be a Bing than a Ross any day!
