To all my make up addicts or those looking to step up your make up game, I got your back! These products being provided to you are products that I truly love and enjoy. All links will be provided after each paragraph! This is only part 1 of the Makeup series. There are many companies to talk about but these are the staples that should be in every girls makeup bag. And no, I am not getting paid to promote. Its just me rambling about my love for makeup.
- Nars
If you’re willing to spend your whole paycheck on makeup like myself, Nars is the company to buy from. Majority of their makeup is used for runway shows and many celebrities that we’ve grown to love use Nars to “glam” themselves for red carpet events. Their weightless foundation is a must if you’re looking for an everyday foundation. It feels just like skin and it does not crack. Yes the products are pricey but they are worth it if you’re looking for long lasting products.
2. Anastasia Beverly Hills
Anastasia Beverly Hills will help you step up your eyebrow game. They have many products that will sleek and keep those brows in place. Although ABH is known for eyebrow products, its contour kit is the supreme queen to the contour movement. Thanks to the infamous trendsetter Kim Kardashian, the Anastasia Beverly Hills contour kit has become a staple to a woman's makeup bag.

3. Colour Pop
If you’re on a budget or you want to accumulate A LOT of makeup, Colourpop will help you save cash and stock up. Their eyeshadows are only $5. Many may think paying $5 won’t get you the best quality but this company’s eyeshadows are so pigmented and blends perfectly. They also sell lipsticks for $5 and liquid lipsticks for $6. After discovering this company on Instagram, I have bought over 50 eyeshadows and 75 lipsticks from this company(this is just an estimation!). Yes that sounds egregious but if you were to calculate the amount I spent at ColourPop to the amount I spent at Sephora, you would tell where my obsession lies. Obviously Colourpop would be a better deal because you get more for the price. Plus this company is the Queen Supreme for us girls or guys who are on a budget!
4. Buxom
Buxom is known for having lipglosses that plump your lips. Being born with naturally full lips the lip products did not interest me much. One thing I can say is that their mascara and eyeshadow are to die for. We all know that brands will advertise mascaras and claim that they make your eyelashes stand out but they don’t. Buxoms mascaras make your eyelashes big and it does not clump. I have tried their lip glosses but their “True Nude Lip Foundation” is a winner when it comes to lipsticks. It's easy to carry around and you don’t have to touch up your lips a lot during the day.
5. Kat Von D Makeup
Kat Von D has her makeup line at Sephora since 2008, although she is best known for being a tattoo artist. Kat Von D Makeup is killing the cosmetic industry with their amazing “Everlasting Liquid Lipstick” I would recommend this lipstick in the color “Lolita” to anyone. Its perfect on all skin tones. Other than lipstick, the brand also sells liquid eyeliner which I personally use daily before heading off the class. The eyeliner is easy to use and it stays on all day. I truly adore this brand and am excited to finally purchase the eyeshadow palettes. I highly recommend this brand. It's edgy and it the packaging is so cute. Yes, I’m a sucker for nice packaging.http://www.sephora.com/kat-von-d
