5 Life Hacks For Curing And Preventing Cancer

We are some of the only people (my generation) on this planet (that we have record of) that have eaten, breathed, bathed, drank and essentially submerged ourselves in carcinogens for our entire lives. Our parents, although exposed to no seat-belt laws, lead-filled water fountains and coke-laced beverages, were never exposed to the high amounts of not only carcinogens, but radiation. Radiation, something that basically microwaves our body parts. Putting our phone to our ear emits more radiation than a microwave, but instead of a Lean Cuisine, it's pumped directly to our head. Unfortunately for everyone my age, if we live long enough, cancer is inevitable. However becoming dying profits that pharmaceuticals feed off of is not.

Chemotherapy is often the treatment given to patients suffering from cancer. However, it is not really treatment. Rather, chemotherapy is a sad attempt at exploiting illness, as it has a 97 percent fail rate. Cancer treatment options that actually work are rarely administered by physicians. Therefore after doing a multitude of research, I have put together a list of healthy, proven to work, alternative and holistic cancer treatment options.

1. Vegan diet and detox.

Yes, you need to change your diet. If you or someone you love eats a standard diet and has cancer, it is very obvious that the carcinogens in a commercialized diet are only helping to establish more framework for tumor development. Almost 95 percent of the food and products we use are genetically modified and contain hazardous chemicals. Not to mention that red meat and dairy both cause cancer.

In regions where people ate less than 5 percent of both meat and dairy in their diets annually, cancer and heart disease rates were practically non-existent. Whereas 10 million Americans will be diagnosed this year with cancer.

Therefore, cancer prevention requires smoking cessation, increased ingestion of fruits and vegetables, moderate use of alcohol, caloric restriction, exercise, avoidance of direct exposure to sunlight, minimal meat consumption, use of whole grains, use of vaccinations and regular check-ups.

By detoxing, you rid your body of free radicals, other chemicals and food trapped in your body. Eighty percent of all cancer today is preventable, and starting out with our most intimate products is a huge first step in removing carcinogens and repairing failing organs. Start off your detox being pumped! Having the right attitude will not only help you feel better, but it will ensure completion of the full therapy regime.

The moment a patient is put on the full therapy, the combined effect of the food, the detox juices causes the immune system to attack and kill tumor tissue, besides working to flush out accumulated toxins from the body tissues. This great clearing-out procedure carries the risk of overburdening and poisoning the liver—the all-important organ of detoxification, which, in a cancer patient, is bound to be already damaged and debilitated.

2. Cannabis oil.

Cannabis is a naturally-growing miracle plant that our government has banned because they are dictators.

"Posterity! You will never know how much it cost the present generation, to preserve your freedom! I hope you will make a good use of it." - John Adams

However, with recent upheaval and demand, we are finally (in some states, mapped out by delusion and invisible lines) are able to consume so "legally." Cannabis oil has been proven in a multitude of cases to not only reduce the size of tumors, but eradicate them completely. When certain connections are made between the THC and our brain, the power of their unity literally kills tumors.

The cancer cell dies, not because of cytotoxic chemicals, but because of a tiny little shift in the mitochondria. Within most cells there is a cell nucleus, numerous mitochondria (hundreds to thousands), and various other organelles in the cytoplasm. The purpose of the mitochondria is to produce energy (ATP) for cell use. As ceramide starts to accumulate, turning up the Sphingolipid Rheostat, it increases the mitochondrial membrane pore permeability to cytochrome c, a critical protein in energy synthesis. Cytochrome c is pushed out of the mitochondria, killing the source of energy for the cell. See more here.

Not to mention, its other benefits are helping reduce nausea, stress, and sleeplessness. Cannabis and hemp are not only needed for industrial purposes, but necessary for our health and well-being, especially with the drastic increase of cancer production and injection.

You can either buy cannabis oil, online, from a recreational or medicinal dispensary, or make your own.

3. Drastically increase turmeric intake.

Turmeric is a spice that not only makes food, but our bodies, snazzier, as it has been proven to have "the best effects on breast cancer, bowel cancer, stomach cancer and skin cancer cells." The spice is effective in ending all tumor growth and production.

Below is information from a 2011 study done by a cancer center on turmeric's effect on cancer:

Based on a 2011 study conducted by the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, researchers found that the curcumin (the active ingredient in turmeric) extract effectively differentiates between cancer cells and normal cells while activating cancer cell death (apoptosis).

Investigators concluded, “Curcumin exerts its biological influence through epigenetic modulation, a process that continues downstream staying one step ahead of adverse genetic influences.”

One study was conducted to investigate how much curcumin colorectal patients could safely take. In the trial, participants took 3.6 grams, considered to be a high dose of curcumin. Results revealed that high doses of curcumin didn’t cause ill effects among colorectal patients.
Curcumin is not well absorbed in the blood but it is absorbed well into the colon lining, giving it an advantage against cancerous tissues in the colon. It can help prevent prostate cancer because of its ability to interfere with the spread of cancer cells and inflammatory responses that are considered to be the precursors of cancer development. Curcumin also fights prostate cancer by reducing the expression of sex hormone receptors in the prostate gland.

It has shown incredible promise in the prevention of cervical cancer, the leading cause of cancer death among women in developing nations. Curcumin’s anti-inflammatory property blocks the factors that induce human papilloma virus and activates cancer cell death within the uterine lining.

4. Exercise (lightly).

Exercising heavily, such as cardio, can actually cause you to become more stressed. More stress equals more cortisol, meaning another chemical imbalance, only helping to fuel the battle with cancer. However, by exercising lightly, such as yoga, you are able to optimize your health, release endorphin and help detox your body (necessary in curing cancer naturally). If the toxins stay trapped and built up in certain areas of your body, fully detoxing will not be an option.

5. Flaxseed oil and cottage cheese.

As much as I am against eating cheese, it has been proven that cottage cheese and flaxseed oil used together is a powerful punch to cancer's noggin. This diet is called the Budwig Diet, and was developed by Dr. Johanna Budwig in 1952, after she disowned the pharmaceutical industry in Germany. Many people, over hundreds, were told they were going to die from cancer, and were saved by Budwig's diet.

A chemical reaction takes place when the sulphydryl groups in quark or cottage cheese bind with the unsaturated fatty acids in flaxseed oil. This reaction allows the flaxseed to become water soluble and enter into a cell to supply energy.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
