I know I'm not the only one who loves smoothies and different recipes to make them-- so, here is a great free, app that can allow you access to over 200 recipes! Choose whichever ingredients you want and go from there!

I know we all love our crockpots. And its even better because we can throw whatever ingredient we want, and it'll taste amazing. Once you download this free app, you can bookmark your favorite recipes and refer back to them at any time!
4. Weight Loss Meal Plan
