1. Waking up earlier.
Waking up on the earlier side gives you more time in your day to get more done and keeps you from wasting daylight. Waking up just 30 minutes earlier than you normally do can make a huge difference in how your day pans out.
2. Make time to workout.
Working out has so many benefits, it gets your endorphins going, clears your mind, and makes you feel better overall. Finding 45 minutes to squeeze a workout in can do wonders.
3. Find things besides social media to give you inspiration.
Looking at pictures of really in-shape girls or seeing posts about everything other people are doing can inspire us to get ourselves together to some extent but finding something else to inspire you such as books or music is much more effective.
4. Find time for yourself.
It is great to spend a lot of time with others and being social is really good for your mental health but taking time for yourself is also important. Giving yourself time to spend with yourself rejuvenates you and lets you recharge.
5. Do something you love every day.
No matter what it is, do something that you love to do everyday. This will make you happier and make even the worst days a little bit brighter.
