Summer is finally approaching. If you’re a college student, you may be just starting to see the bright rays of sunshine peaking around the corner. Or, you may be done already – ya lucky ducks. Regardless, there are certainly some feelings that come up around this time of year for all college students, and sometimes during the stress of it all it’s nice to remember that you’re not the only one going through this right now, and it will all be OK. I promise.
1. Not knowing a single soul who can help you study for the final.
Skipping all those classes and staying on your phone every week wasn’t a good idea. Now you don’t know the material and don’t know anyone who can help you.
2. Being assigned seven final projects/essays that are all due on the same week.
Professors must plan this. There is no other explanation. Their purpose on earth is to torture us all.
3. Running out of coffee.
Late night study sessions are torture without something to keep your eyes open.
4. Feeling all the feels.
It’s just too much to handle. It’s okay. Go ahead and cry over dropping your pencil. We understand.
5. Wanting to give up.
“Forget this, I don’t need a college degree!” *Remembers all the student loan payments that will start coming if drops out now and picks every piece of paper back up.*
Remember, it’s gonna be OK.
