1. The ability to make memes

Everyone these days can't scroll through their Facebook feeds without coming across at least one meme, and with graphic design, you have the power to create your own. Whether it be an attempt of comedic genius, or just a bad photoshop job of one of your friends, with graphic design you will be the king (or queen) of Facebook among all your friends.

2. The ability to create a logo for anything

Starting a small business? Running for class president? Make it look professional by quickly creating a logo and wow everyone who sees it.

3. The ability to create posters

If you are ever planning an event and need to spread the word fast, the best way to do that is with a poster. If you know graphic design, you can create an eye-catching poster to draw in people's attention. It will be way more effective than just tweeting the info with plain text. Everything is so visual now; you need something to draw attention.

4. Odd job opportunities

So i know I mentioned before how you have the ability to crate logos and posters, but what if i told you can possibly do those same things but make money for it! Small graphic design jobs are a great way to make a little extra cash.

5. You become a member of the creative community.

Even if you know just a little graphic design, you are able to unleash a lot of creativity. Creativity is definitely something you need, and if you don't use it, you lose it. Graphic design is an infinite canvas that you can always work with.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
