There are two types of studiers. There are those who must work in complete silence with no noise to distract them and then those who prefer some noise in the background while they study. I am the latter type of student. For me, silence is deafening, and it is even more distracting than noise. Therefore, I usually always study and do homework with some sort of background noise like music or rain sounds. If you are like me, here are the best white noise sites for studying. The best part about them is that they are so easy – you do not need to play a long song track on your Spotify. All you have to do is open a tab on your web browser, and you are good to go.
1. Rainy Mood

2. Simply Noise
This site has a feature for both white noise and rain noises. If you want to get to the rain noises, just click right below the volume toggle to the tab that says “SimplyRain.”
3. White Noise & Co
This site is cool because it lets you customize your own white noise sound with a bunch of toggles.
4. Rainy Café
This is my second favorite. I love that it combines both rain noises and normal café noises. It has a nice toggle feature where you can adjust the volume of the rain and café noises separately so you get what noises you want most.
5. Noisli
This is a cool website that lets you mix and match from a variety of sounds like waves, rain, white noise, café noises, and more. There’s a Chrome extension for the site. Additionally, if you create an account with the site, you can get extra features like saving your favorite noise combinations, setting timers, and a distraction-free Text Editor feature.
