This is a list of artists that I've been hooked onto recently, have known about for a while, or just absolutely think they deserve more credit than what they are receiving. Some of my close friends and I usually exchange songs and such through Soundcloud, so I figured why not share a few of the many artists who I consistently listen to. I'll have their Soundcloud links listed below so you can check out most of their works.
Kehlani
Most people are starting to recognize this rising artist ever since she dropped her first ever mixtape on Itunes called "You Should Be Here." Kehlani's sound is a mix of upbeat Rap and R&B, and she's a bit more on the edgier side as well. She is widely known for making a song with Chance the Rapper called "The Way". If you're really into Ciara or Beyonce, then I would definitely check her out. She also has some of her first works on Soundcloud (Cloud 19 Mixtape). Some of my favorites by her are The Way, This is How We Do it, Jealous, Wanted, and Down For You.

Blackbear
This artist is someone I recently discovered, and I've been listened to him all week. Blackbear has one of the smoothest voices I've ever heard. His songs are a mix of Rap, R&B, and usually collaborates with other underground artists as well. Something that I actually found out about Blackbear is he co-wrote Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" track. He has also made collaborations with artists including G-Eazy, Skizzy Mars, Travis Mills, and much more. He is well known for his album Deadroses, and some of my favorite songs by him that you NEED to listen to are Deadroses, Dead to Bed, IDFC, 4u, and Runnin' Low. His songs are beyond catchy.. so beware.

Jon Bellion
One of my really good friends actually recommended this artist to me and I instantly fell in love. It's crazy to think this guy isn't booking arena's for concerts, because his songs are all so ridiculously amazing, and something that everyone could relate to by his "bluntness." Not to mention, LOOK AT HIS BEARD, how could anyone NOT love that?? Anyways... If you're a fan of Owl City, he kind of has that same sound, but a tad more edgy, so kind of an edgy pop. Some of my favorite tracks by him are Game Plan, Run Wild, Carry Throne, and much more. I'll have his soundcloud linked down below since he includes some of his collaborations.

Years and Years
First off, THIS IS THE CUTEST GROUP OF BRITISH GUYS EVER. Seriously, their music, their personalities, everything about them is spectacular. If you're a fan of Clean Bandit, you'll definitely like these guys. If you're going to Ellie Goulding's concert for her new tour, these guys are actually the opening act for her! So definitely give them a listen before you get to the concert, you won't regret it. Some of my favorite songs by this group is Desire, Worship, King, Ties, Eyes Shut, Shine, Take Shelter, and so much more. Basically all their songs are amazing, so go and listen to them! Now!
