From the moment I found out Disney was remaking Beauty and the Beast, I have not been able to contain my excitement. Beauty and the Beast has always been one of my favorite fairy tale storylines. I have seen the cartoon close to a hundred times, I own the original Beaumont fairy tale version and I have seen the Broadway musical version. Needless to say, I am obsessed. I know I am not the only one who shares the same love for this story. So, here is a "brief" list of thoughts I had while watching this outstanding new film. I hope you find my experience somewhat similar to your own.

1. *lights dim in the theater* - OH MY GOSH IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING!?!? Everyone shut it!
2. Girl, pull it together. You are a mature adult. It's just a Disney movie.
3. *Opening scene begins* - Wow this is amazing. I am already blown away!
4. The clown makeup on Dan Stevens is making me a little uncomfortable.
5. At least he is an adult and not 11 years old. This makes way more sense.
6. Take the rose... TAKE THE ROSE!!!!
7. The enchantress erased the villagers' memories - THAT MAKES SO MUCH MORE SENSE!
8. *Emma Watson steps out* - Woohoooo! Go Belle!
9. *Emma starts singing* - Easy on the auto-tune there Disney.
10. I'm really having a hard time seeing Josh Gad as Lefou and not Olaf.
11. Wait, Belle, you mean you don't want to marry Gaston and have his babies and chain yourself to a life of mental depravity? Ugh, women who read, am I right?
12. Did Belle just invent her own device for doing laundry? Girl would have been the queen of freshman dorms everywhere with this contraption.
13. Where the heck is Belle's mom? Don't tell me they killed her off. DIsney has a really bad habit of doing that.
14. Why in the world did Maurice just sit down at the table (set for one might I add) and start chowing down?
15. When Belle tells the Beast she just wants to "say goodbye" to Maurice and then she pulls a dramatic switch-a-roo on everyone. LOL.
16. *Face hurts from smiling uncontrollably during "Be Our Guest.*
17. The castle crumbles every time another rose petal falls. Isn't that a little dramatic?
18. How on Earth did Belle get the Beast up on that horse??
19. Belle falls in love with the MASSIVE library in the Beast's castle? ... Classic Hermione.
20. Did he just wail Belle in the face with a snowball?? HAHAHA!
21. Wow this remix at the end of "Gaston" is perfect and unexpected.
22. Luke Evans is really making me not hate Gaston as much as I should.
23. It's official, Lefou is my favorite character.
24. "I just remembered I'm illiterate and never had to spell it out (Gaston) before." DYING.
25. Maurice it's okay, I know you are not crazy!!
26. Okay, I officially hate Gaston.
27. Thank you Disney for finally giving some background information on these characters!
28. *Ballroom scene begins* - Welp, here come the waterworks.
29. *Belle leaves the Beast* - Damn, that is true love right there.
30. *The Beast sings Evermore* - I really should have just skipped the makeup today if I knew I was going to sob like a two-year-old.
31. Hahaha, goodbye, Gaston.
32. DON'T DIE ON ME BEAST! I was just getting used to your buffalo-ness.
33. Holy crap! The dirty, old woman was the enchantress the whole time!
34. Belle is one lucky girl. I could stare into those beautiful eyes all day.
35. There's a Mr. Potts (who lives in the village) and they are reunited. How cute!
36. "Tale as old as time..." WHY AM I CRYING AGAIN?!
37. I've known the basic plot of this movie since I was a little girl, but I can truthfully say it will NEVER get old.
Bravo Disney! You have successfully fulfilled my childhood dreams.
