11) Working out is a great release from whatever is bothering you.
12) Take responsibility for your mistakes – it makes moving on much easier.
13) And a sincere apology goes a long way.
14) Don't send that text at 3 a.m. – you know which one.
15) First impressions can make or break a relationship.
16) So you should always remember to smile.
17) There's more to life than social media – get out there and do something.
18) You are what you eat – your metabolism will (unfortunately) catch up with you.
19) But you should still indulge because you deserve to.
20) Sometimes a night on the couch beats a crazy night out.
21) Don't take yourself too seriously – college kids are still kids.
22) Call your parents – in their eyes you're still their baby.
23) Listen to your friends' opinions – they have your best interests at heart.
24) Ear plugs will come in handy.
25) Learn to vocalize and communicate problems – don't be that passive aggressive person.
26) Don't regret the tired feeling you feel after an unreal night out – it was worth it.
27) Plan ahead – and actually go to your classes.
28) Karma will come back and get you, so be a good person.
29) Know your limits – work load, relationships and… drinking.
30) Take on life like you take a shot – don't look, don't question it, just do it.
