Whether you binge-watch it occasionally instead of studying for exams, or you have faithfully memorized every episode, most everyone loves F.R.I.E.N.D.S. And why wouldn't you? They're the ideal group; what happens when a chef, a masseuse, an actor, a paleontologist, a waitress, and whatever Chandler is get together? Watch the show to find out! But really, they are the best of friends. They'll be there for you when the rain starts to pour, or you're life is stuck in second gear, or whatever. And better yet, there's countless life lessons to learn from this coffee-obsessed group. Sit back, imagine you're in Central Perk, and watch for these rules to live by as you binge-watch all ten seasons.

1. You're first job may not be your favorite...

But it will lead you to bigger and better things.

2. Love your body.

Size XS or 2XL, body positivity is important. Love the one you've got.

3. Your siblings will always have your back.

Because who else would dance this ridiculously with you in public?

4. Some days can just be completely rotten.

Don't worry, they're usually over in 24 hours.

5. Building a fort is a good idea at any age.

It really is.

6. It's always hard to see someone you love with someone else.

7. Spray tanning never works like it's supposed to.

Don't count "mississippily".

9. Form your own opinions, and don't let anyone change your mind.

Make up your mind about things for yourself.

9. Always use proper grammar.

People will actually judge you based on this.

10. Don't care what other people think.

This will give you so much more freedom.

11. You don't owe anyone anything.

12. The people we love the most can sometimes hurt us the most.

But we can grow from it, and move past it.

13. Rock, paper, scissors is always an acceptable way to make decisions.

Just remember that although fire beats rock, paper, and scissors, water balloon will win over fire every time.

14. Never take yourself too seriously.

That's right, there's power in dancing with a turkey on your head.

15. It's never too late to demand something more out of your life.

Rachel taught us that if you aren't satisfied with the life you are living, you can change it at any moment you wish.

16. Have some self-confidence.

There is strength in loving yourself.

17. It's okay to have a panic attack every once in a while.

Sometimes we just need a minute to fall apart.

18. Dance like no one is watching.

I mean yeah, everyone is probably watching, but just go for it.

19. Love is out there, go find it.

Everybody has their own lobster.

20. Never underestimate the value of a night in with the girls.

21. What you put out comes back to you.

It's karma people.

22. Sometimes you find love in the place you least expect it.

I mean come on, did anyone expect this couple? Better yet, did we expect them to be the best couple on the entire show?

23. And the best kind of unexpected love can come from friendships.

(I just really love Chandler and Monica, can you tell?)

24. Admit when you're wrong.

And apologize for it.

25. Doing stupid things are even more fun when you're with friends.

27. Stand up for yourself.

Especially when someone tries to fight you in a laundromat.

28. Always eat pizza when offered.

Joey got this one right.

29. You can always cry on your friend's shoulder.

That's what they are there for.

30. Never give up on love.

If it's meant to be, they will always find their way back to you.

31. Good friends will always, always be there for you.

For ever and always.

You can learn a lot from this show. Except what Chandler's job is. We'll never know that.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
