Every girl has a childhood best friend; sometimes sharing crayons, building forts, and going off into imaginary lands together never actually ends. Growing up together and figuring out life with your bestie by your side, forms a friendship like no other. There’s nothing like the memories you have with your childhood best friend, and no matter how often we think about it, they mean so much to us. No one could ever replace them and the memories you’ll always share. All those summers shaped you into the women you are today, and there couldn’t have been a better way to do it.
1. You don't remember exactly how you even became friends.
2. You frequently say ‘I Love You’ to one another, maybe even a little too much.
3. You honestly couldn’t be more comfortable around anyone else, whether you have your glam face on or bed head and wrinkles—same same.
4. You openly talk about everything, no matter how random or inappropriate. No shame.
5. You sing in the car together, always. No matter how loudly or off key...
6. No matter how much time, or distance, comes between you—when you see each other nothing has changed.

7. You honestly couldn’t even begin to describe the separation anxiety.
8. Whenever you want to go somewhere, she is the first person you invite, no matter what—even if you’re well aware that she’s busy, you religiously ask anyway (just in case).
9. When you call her, no matter where she is, or what she’s doing—she will answer that phone. Especially because phone calls usually mean emergencies, it’s the 21st century, everyday matters are resolved through text message.
10. Every so often she sends you a Meme that makes your whole day. And your first thought is, your telepathic bestie sensors must have obviously informed her of your bad day.
11. You have like a million childhood memories of building blanket-forts together, playing games, and going on pointless adventures.
12. You’ve known each other for years or maybe even decades and you cannot even imagine your life without her.
13. When you disappear off the face of the planet, she is the only one who comes looking for you. (Only to find out that you obviously lost your phone, but she found you, so that’s all that matters).
14. She comes over as much as possible and whenever possible and she doesn’t need to knock—and even if she had to, why would she?
15. When you were kids you literally went to each other’s house every single day, if you didn’t you may have suspected a kidnapping.
