I decided to tell you a little bit about me.

I couldn't think of an article idea all week so I have decided to tell you 21 facts about myself. Lets Go!!

1. I am Romanian and Italian

Romanian from my grandmas side of the family

Italian from my grandpas side of the family

2. My family are gypsies. We traveled around a lot and although we didn't stay we still left our mark on the places

3. My birthday is June 1st. That's right, I am a Gemini and so is my dad

4. I am terrified of turkeys. I won't even eat it.

5. I'm getting adopted

6. I am a ginger... red hair, freckles, and pale skin.

Go ahead make all the jokes you want, I have heard them all about 30 times

7. My nicknames are: Chanda Panda, Panda, Pee, Pep, Red, Carrot Top (Only my grandpa calls me that), Peanut, Pip, and Chan

8. I had braces from 8th grade till 10th grade

9. My eyes are a weird hazel color, they are green, blue, brown, and copper

10. I was in 4 sports. Cheer leading, Fast pitch softball, track & field, and marching band

11. I am blind and have a stigmatism in both eyes

12. I have anemia and scoliosis

Anemia: a condition marked by a deficiency of red blood cells or of hemoglobin in the blood

Scoliosis: abnormal lateral curvature of the spine.

13. I have "midget" rib

14. My favorite colors are blue, green, teal, yellow, grey, and gold

15. I wrote my first story when I was 9 years old

16. I only have brothers, yes that is right i am the only girl

17. I am stronger than I look

18. I love batman

19. I absolutely love Star Wars

20. I am all about camping and giving back to the earth

21. I will do anything, and I do mean anything for my family. Blood or Not.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
