If you don't know, Ryan Lochte he is currently in Rio winning gold medals in swimming and totally pulling off silver hair that he dyed specifically for the Games. Although Ryan Lochte is an amazing swimmer and holds multiple world records, he also has a great personality and some very inspirational thoughts that he regularly tweets.
