I can remember the very first time I read "Harry Potter" like it was yesterday. I was this small second-grade girl jumping into this amazing world full of magic. Since it was Harry Potter's and J.K. Rowling's birthday on July 31, I thought I would dedicate an article to 21 of the best quotes. Also on July 31, the new book "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" was released. I chose this quote first because it is truly the sentence that started it all.
2. "You're the one who is weak. You will never know love or friendship. And I feel sorry for you." -- Harry Potter
To be honest this is by far my favorite quote. It is so honorable how much Harry valued love and friendship and this quote really highlights that.
3. "Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light." -- Albus Dumbledore
4. “Not my daughter, you b***h.” -- Molly Weasley
When Molly Weasley said this to Bellatrix Lestrange she immediately became my idol, all I have to say is you go girl.
5. "What a beautiful place... to be with friends." -- Dobby the (free) House Elf as he is dying
This was one of the saddest deaths to me. Dobby was so loyal to his friends and was so happy to be with them. Even though it is a sad quote it is one of the best because of how sweet and pure it is.

Every time I read or hear Dumbledore say this I just start crying because I know what comes next for him, even if he were meant to die.
