The semester is almost over! Finals week is coming up. Good luck to all of you on your finals! I have friends who are already done for the semester and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous of them! This semester has been kicking my bum hard. There has been so much to do but such little time to do them in. Like others, I can't wait to be at home with my friends and family, cuddle with my little fur ball, go on adventures, see my two favorite artists (Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas) in concert and relax, of course.
Having a bucket list helps with planning your perfect summer! You don't have to necessarily have a planned out schedule of when you're going to spend the night with a friend or go out. Just let the summer roll on.
The summer is a crucial time for me. I am normally away at college for more than half of the year. Of course, I miss my friends and family when I am away. Spending time with them over the summer is important to me. Summer is one of the longest breaks for going home. It's also important to have fun and relax from all the school work I've had to deal with. Although this summer is going to be a little different for me, I'm still going to do as many fun and exciting things as I can fit in. I am taking an online course in order to fulfill my science requirement and hopefully land a job for the summer. I'll have to try.
I've come up with a few things anyone could do over this summer. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this break...
1. Go skinny dipping (if allowed of course)
2. Try to exercise every day (keyword: try)
3. Go to an amusement park or waterpark
(I recommend Six Flags or Dinsey World.)
4. Eat carnival food
5. Go kayaking or canoeing
6. Forget social media for a few days
7. Try to read a book
Read a book that you would actually like to read even if it has a lot of pictures in it.
8. Go on a road trip - visit different states or drive down/up the coastline
9. Spend a day in the city
Or have a night out in the city.
