It seems like yesterday we were saying goodbye to hot and sticky August and embracing the slightly colder, hustle and bustle of September. Well, October has now vanished, and although you may still be recovering from "Halloweekend" it’s time to embrace the cold November days.

Even though it may be early in November, 2016 is coming to a close. It’s important to not only make the most of these next two months, but also to look back and reflect on all that you've accomplished in this past year.
