Twenties. The oh-so selfish years of life. When you fall down and get back up just to fall again. That's what life's about, right? One day you'll master the mindset of a strong and wise, grown women, but this is the age of finding out who YOU are. So grasp onto your youth as long as you can, and make sure to add these 20 things to your 20's bucket list.

1. Live with your best friend.

Enjoy it while you can. Not always will you be able to walk down the hall to borrow that cute dress on Saturday nights or have someone to watch Netflix with and talk about boys at 2 AM.

2. Travel with no where to go.

Travel without destination and expectation. See where the road takes you, and learn about yourself and the world around you.

3. Learn to live without coffee.

YES, I said it. I know the words without and coffee sound almost as bad as foul language when put together, but caffeine is a great help AT the right time. Find alternate ways to wake yourself up, such as morning runs or healthy snacks. Your body will thank you.

4. Date someone who isn't your "type".

How do you know what you like if you never explore? Exploring out of your norm will teach you not only something about other people, but yourself. Fall in and out of love. You may be surprised at what you find.

5. Overcome a fear and take risks.

We all love a good heart-race. Do something you never thought you would. Learning about the world from the top of a climbed mountain is something money can't buy.

6. Run a marathon.

Feel accomplished and fit. Find a goal and work for it.

7. Learn how to cook.

As much as we wish it was acceptable, Ramen Noodle dinners can only last so long. Learn how to treat your mind and body.

8. Become passionate over something you enjoy.

Find a hobby and stick with it. Becoming passionate over a positive activity will be not only be fun, but a great stress relief.

9. Volunteer for a charity.

Go out in the real world and learn to appreciate what you take for granted. It's a great way to keep your heart full. Always be humble.

10. Pay off loans.

Start out adulthood on a good note. Don't live your life owing something to someone else. Don't let bad credit follow you like the new puppy you wish you had.

11. Start a collection.

More the merrier, right? Collecting things are a good way to set goals and take interests.

12. Read more into the news.

Learn about what makes up the world around you. It's more than a pretty face. Being well-rounded is what really catches the eye.

13. Join a club.

Find people who enjoy the same things as you. It'll help you stay involved and appreciate team work.

14. Do something outside of your comfort zone.

Learn something new and do something you never thought you would. Take a dance class or travel to a place where you don't know the language.

15. Read classic novels.

You know the ones you always head of, but never gave a chance? These stories are timeless, and an easy way to escape reality.

16. See a Broadway play.

Self explanatory. MUCH NEEDED. Uncover the little musical connoisseur in you.

17. Be spontaneous.

Not everything needs to be black and white. Be flexible and learn to appreciate the things you least expect. Looking back, you'll be thankful for this opportunity.

18. Forgive your past.

Don't carry baggage, especially into adulthood. Know that you're where you're at from not only your achievements, but mistakes as well.

19. Treat yourself.

It's ok to know what you deserve. One piece of cake isn't going to kill your spring-break diet, and one pair of name brand heels isn't going to break your life savings.

20. Explore your surroundings.

Wake up and appreciate what's around you. Notice things that you often take for granted. Visit local stores and coffee shops. Learn about the community, town, or city that brings you to life.

"Your 20's are your selfish years. Old enough to make the right decisions and young enough to make the wrong ones. Be selfish with your time travel, explore, fall in and out of love, be ridiculous and silly, stupid and wild. Be 20-something." — Anonymous

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
