There are so many pros and cons to wearing glasses but sometimes you just find yourself noticing all the cons.
1. Dropping your glasses and not being able to find them because you can’t see without them.
2. The struggle of picking out new glasses frames. Especially when you can't see what you look like in them.
3. Waking up in the morning and not being able to see.
4. Falling asleep with your glasses on and waking up with an imprint on your face.
5. Getting a new pair of glasses but not feeling as comfortable in them as your old pair.
6. Trying to comfortably position yourself while laying down so you can see the TV without your glasses being pushed off your face.
7. When its raining or snowing outside and your glasses lenses get foggy and no matter how much you try to clean them it gets worse so you have to walk around unable to see.
8. Not being able to wear sunglasses because you’re wearing your glasses.
9. Having your hearing significantly decrease when you don’t have your glasses on.
10. When someone takes a picture of you with the flash on you get the inevitable glare on the lenses.
11. Having to sit super close to a mirror when putting on your makeup because you can’t see.
12. When its hot out and your glasses just keep sliding down your nose.
13. Putting your glasses on after applying mascara and having it smudge all over your lenses.
14. People asking to try on your glasses and then they never fit back on your face like they did before.
15. You try wearing contacts but realize its so much easier just to wear your glasses.
16. People thinking you are smarter just because you wear them.
17. Not being able to see in the shower because your glasses fog up.
18. When you’re swimming and try to avoid being splashed or else you’ll never be able to dry off your glasses.
19. People always asking how bad your vision is.
20. When you accidentally break your glasses and try to still wear them until you get a new pair.
In the end, I am sure we can all agree glasses aren’t that bad and even though we sometimes wish we had perfect vision and we don’t mind wearing them.
