Every student knows the best part about college isn't the lifetime friendships, the historical memories, the outrageous parties, or the education of a lifetime…it is finding your one true love, your soul mate, your date for every Saturday night; it's Netflix.

Netflix is never late, never causes an argument, and is reliable. Netflix loves you even in your ugliest outfit, on your sickest day, and also seems to cheer your bad moods right up. The only downside to the relationship is you are not the only girl in Netflix's life. I am sorry to break it to you, but Netflix is also dating millions of other girls just like you. But hey, no one is perfect, right?

Here are 20 reasons why you should be dating Netflix.

  1. Netflix never lies! Netflix tells you straight up what shows are available so there are no surprises.
  2. Netflix doesn't care what time you call them to hangout! Turn on Netflix, at five in the morning, or 11 at night, it will always show up.
  3. Netflix is the perfect movie date, pretty self explanatory.
  4. Netflix is friends with all of your friends too! Let's face it, most of your friends are probably dating Netflix too.
  5. Netflix will never flake, no matter what, your Netflix date is just one click away.
  6. Netflix has an amazing personality! Funny, romantic, intelligent, it really does have it all.
  7. Netflix will come with you where ever you want! Cell phones, iPad, laptop, its accessibility means you're never alone.
  8. Your parents will love Netflix, no matter what.
  9. Netflix is for life!! No more time wasted investing in dying relationships!
  10. Netflix will always call the next day; emails updating you on its newest additions.
  11. Netflix keeps it real. If there's a show or movie that isn't being watched, you better believe it's getting deleted sometime soon.
