I've come to realize that the older I get, the more being a human is not fun. You know who has it best? Dogs. Dogs have the best lives in the entire universe, and I'll prove it to you.

1. EVERYONE LIKES DOGS, it doesn't matter who you are, you still, at the very least, will tolerate them. This can not be said the same for people, ever.

2. The only responsibilities they have is making sure they make it to the backyard before they use the bathroom.

3. They never have the struggle of deciding what to eat; it is picked for them every day.

4. They can sleep whenever and whenever they want, literally anywhere.

5. Everything is exciting. Going on walks, chasing a ball, jumping into any body of water, etc.

6. Free back rubs/scratches all the time from everyone.

7. People say the nicest things to them in the sweetest of voices.

8. They don't have to go to work or take finals or stress, everything is as is.

9. They can pee wherever, honestly, and no one will truly judge them, they'll just get a little scolding, not arrested.

10. People go out of their way to find/get a dog.

11. Everything is their best friend.

12. Their form of transportation is themselves. Incredible.

13. They have this massive unconditional love component about themselves.

14. They just want to make everyone happy all the time.

15. There are hundreds of breeds of dogs and not one of them experience "dogism" or "dog segregation.' They live in peace with one another ( a wild concept, I know!!!)

16. Everything that isn't living is a toy.

17. Everyone wants to touch dogs because they're just soft things.

18. If dog does something a little un-dog-like, the whole world will soon find out about it.

19. There are Snapchat filters to look like a dog.

20. Relationship issues just don't exist.

Dogs are wonderful creatures. They're sweet and precious and all over amazing. This article was mainly me procrastinating studying for finals, but if I was a dog I wouldn't even have to worry about studying in the first place. The perks are endless.
