Like them or not, One Direction was arguably one of most successful musical bands of our generation. Up until their "hiatus" in 2015, One Direction sold out arenas and stole the hearts of teenage girls and boys alike all around the world. Every fan of the band has a favorite member, no matter how much one may claim that they love all five boys equally, there is always one member your heart gravitates towards. In my Directioner days, my personal favorite was Niall. I found the Irish boy "cute as a button" (if you know where this is from, you're elite). Here's a generalization of what your favorite One Direction says about you.

If your favorite was Louis...

You're the epitome of the class clown. You feel satisfaction in making other people laugh and you pride yourself on your ability to crack a joke at the snap of a finger. Your sense of humor may come off "childish," but you are anything but that. You're also the life of the party! You can probably be seen greeting everyone with a red solo cup in hand. You're probably the oldest in your friend group, if not, the most mature. Romantically, you're a sucker for long-term relationships and have been in one or multiple in your life.

If your favorite was Zayn…

You're into the mysterious, brooding type. You're probably a hopeless romantic or at least find yourself falling for bad boys often. You're probably quiet, but not in the way that you're shy, just that you're not super talkative. You have a relatively laidback style and you give off a major "I don't give a f*ck" vibe. If people could describe you with one word, it would most likely be "cool". Just "cool". You also may or may not have commitment issues. Just kidding (not really), but you did watch the "Pillowtalk" music video religiously and wished you were Gigi Hadid.

If your favorite was Liam…

You're probably the parent of your friend group. You're always looking after your friends and your loved ones, keeping them out of trouble. This doesn't mean that you're not fun, it just means you're always thinking ahead. "Don't do anything stupid without me" is probably your life motto. You have a very dominant personality, which may cause people to be intimidated by you at first, but they all warm up eventually. As for your romantic life, you're either a bit of a player or in a committed relationship. There is no in-between.

You are an absolute angel. You're probably a little shy and more reserved than the rest of your friends. You mostly keep to yourself unless you're around the people you are closest too, giving people who don't know you an "innocent vibe". You're one of those people who comes off quiet when you first meet, but slowly start to open up the more you get to know them. You're a hopeless romantic, probably chasing that fairytale romance that you've fantasized about since you were a kid. Bless your soul, sweet child.

If your favorite was Harry…

You're a bit basic, but not in a bad way. You're always up with the latest trends and people are drawn to your magnetic personality, hence why you're probably popular amongst your peers. Your style is unmatched, from what you wear to your energy, but you're not cocky by any means, you just don't care about what anybody has to say about you. You pull guys and girls left and right which makes you come off like a bit of a player, but deep down you're still waiting to meet that special someone.
