I may be 19 years old, but there will never be a day when I don't need my mom. She is my best friend and its not uncommon for me to call her more than three times a day! Her job as "mom" is a selfless, trying, and everlasting task, but she has always made it seem effortless. She is the best woman I know and she deserves to know that I appreciate all she does. She deserves to know why she is loved.

1. I love my mom because she makes me laugh.

2. I love my mom because she never refuses to rub my back or brush my hair.

3. I love my mom because she still lets me lay in her lap, even though I'm bigger than her.

4. I love my mom because she loves ABC Family's Harry Potter Weekend more than I do and will sit through every single movie.

5. I love my mom because she let me stay home from school, even though she knew I wasn't really sick.

6.I love my mom because she answers my call no matter what time of day or night.

7. I love my mom because she shops for me even though we may not have the same taste.

8. I love my mom because she's not only a mom to my brother and me, but a mom to all of my friends.

9. I love my mom because she knows me better than I know myself.

10. I love my mom because she's my hero and the perfect role model.

11. I love my mom because she doesn't mind taking the blame when I don't want to go out.

12. I love my mom because, no matter how old I get and despite the fact that we don't live together anymore, she still reminds me to clean my room.

13. I love my mom because she laughs at my jokes even when they aren't funny.

14. I love my mom because she always does my mountain of laundry when I come home from college.

15. I love my mom because she is my biggest fan, supports me in everything I do, and encourages me to be someone I am proud of.

16. I love my mom because she always makes sure I eat, even when I say I'm not hungry.

17. I love my mom because no matter what I do, she'll always love me too.
