1. Your Major. No one knows what they're doing here anyways. 80% of students end up changing their major. Take a chill pill you doctor/journalist/nutrition major.
2. Finding "The One". Some day you will find the Ben Wyatt to your Leslie Knope but until then just have fun and don't worry about finding your sole mate. It will happen when it happens.
3. Looking cool on social media. Stop posting things for other people. If you want to post twice in a day, go for it! If you want to post 900 photos of food, you're a free (wo)man. Go for it!!
4. How you look at the gym. So you're sweaty and have a tomato red face. Why does that have to be a bad thing? Who cares that you look ridiculous when you run/lift weights? You are fit and fab and thats all that matters.
5. FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). Can we please just stop it with the FOMO?? Its not the end of the world when you aren't with someone every second of everyday. Chances are, you are "missing out" on actually nothing.
6. Having the body of a god(dess). Its awesome to be motivated to go to the gym and eat healthier. But some days you just want to eat a pint of ice cream by yourself and not work out. Thats awesome too! Don't let your ideal hot bod get in the way of that. Plus, you look pretty damn good already.
7. Passing all your classes. There's a reason you were put in that class. You're so smart, you got this.
.
8. That zit that is staring you right in the face. No, its not as big as you think it is. No, its not that noticeable. Calm down.
9. Embarrassing yourself at a party. Everyone does it. Chances are, no one remembers.
10. Dating. #stoptindershaming2k15
11. Participating in a class. Its a totally underrated thing to do. No one cares that you answered a question. Show off that knowledge of yours!
12. The clothes you wear to class. Nothings worse than feeling dumb in your outfit but its too late to change. You're fine, you look great.
13. Awkwardly running into your one night stand in the dining hall/elevator. Or having to interact with anyone at breakfast while you're in your glasses and PJs.
14. Your weight lifting skills at the gym. It really doesn't matter that you aren't squatting 200 pounds like the rugby player next to you. Own those squats!
15. Your test score the second after you took the test. You've been preparing for the test for a while (or perhaps not), its over and done with. Go celebrate that its over instead of worrying.
16. What people think of you. When you stop worrying about what other people think of you, you get to be silly, you get to live life how you should. Be you and stop striving for anything else!
