Disney is the happiest place on the earth. Here is a list of fun facts you may not know.

1. The employees are called "Cast Members" not employees.

2. Disney has a vow to never stop improving and growing.

3. There are tunnels under the parks so that you cannot see characters moving across parks.

4. The entire Disneyland Park can fit in Walt Disney World's parking lot and you would still be able to fit many more cars.

5. Hidden Mickeys are everywhere (even where you least expect them).

6. The aquarium in "Finding Nemo and Friends" is so large you can fit the spaceship earth sphere inside of it.

7. Cast Members never point with just one finger because it is considered rude in some countries and cultures.

8. All costumes are hand made for the wearer.

9. The ride The Land is filled with actual produce served in the park.

10. Disney does not sell gum through out the entire park.

11. Tattoos and Facial hair are not allowed for Cast Members.

12. Club 33 or the secret high end club that is super exclusive.

13. Cinderella's Castle has a suite inside of it that cannot be booked.

14. EPCOT is an acronym for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow.

15. Disney is the largest employer in the United States.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
