Taking a study break is the thing we look forward to when we first start studying. We continuously look at our phones to see how much time has passed and when we realize it has only been five minutes, we feel like we are dying. We try and study as long as possible but then your phone gives you that look. Then when our break is over and we actually decide to start studying again, we are counting down the minutes until our next break. So, here is 15 things you can do during a 15 minute study break.
1. A 15 minute power nap
2. Finish the last of that one Netflix episode
3. Make a summer bucket list
4. Watch food videos on Facebook
5. Eat popcorn
6. Call your grandma
7. Listen to five songs while dancing around in your underwear
8. Write down a list of everyone you are lucky to have in your life
9. Remember all of your homework you still have to do
10. Write down everything that you love
11. Take your dog for a walk (and if you don't have a dog, then cry about not having one and how you wish you did.)
12. Do a workout video
13. Do some online shopping
14. Buy tickets to your favorite band that's coming to your city in concert
15. Smile, because life is a beautiful thing!
