Syllabus week—every college has it. The dreaded yet celebrated week where your break seems to continue while you try to piece your life together and accept the responsibilities that come along with starting class again. Here are the usual happenings of the infamous syllabus.
1. You get asked “How was your break?” about a million times.
2. You run into all the people you were hoping to avoid.
3. Your one friend goes a little too hard.
4. You drop and pick up a whole different schedule than you first had created.
5. Classes continue to disappoint.

7. Your Facebook gets flooded with “welcome back” events.
8. You start to appreciate home-cooked meals.

10. You are still assigned a lot of work.
11. Waking up early seems to be 10 times as hard.
12. You never actually read the syllabus.
13. You decide to try to follow your New Year's resolution and go to the gym.
