15 Signs Your Friends Are Basic

Everyone has that one friend in their friend group that is just extra basic. They love fall, Instagram, and other basic things. No matter how much you want to change them, they remain basic. Here are a few signs that you or your friend might indeed be basic. (Not that there is anything wrong with being basic every once and a while.)

1. They own at least three different colored flannels

2. They have a black vest to go over said flannel

3. They are always drinking Starbucks

4. Uggs/Bean Boots are their go-to fall/winter shoe of choice

5. They have Instagrammed foliage more than once

6. They have at least five or six selfies on Instagram

7. Crop tops and high-waisted pants are their go-to outfit on the weekends

8. CHIPOTLE IS LIFE

9. They own an excessive amount of black leggings

10. Their Mystery is over 300 seconds long

11. Their Instagram captions are Drake lyrics


12. They have a tapestry and Christmas lights hanging in their room

13. Twisted Teas or Spiked Seltzers are what they drink on the weekends

14. They shop at Urban Outfitters and VS Pink

15. Fall means green parka season
