Unless you live under a rock or don't follow Ryan Seacrest on Twitter, you know that he is now the co-host of "Live with Kelly" making it "Live with Kelly and Ryan" which, don't get me wrong, has a nice ring to it but that's just about the only positive thing I can say about this decision. He succeeds the personalities of Regis Philbin and Michael Strahan and will definitely not come close to either. So many hilarious comics and celebrities were up for the position, and they all would've done a much better job than the one we will (or won't) watch each morning. With an already popular show, there was no need to hire someone for the name. Ryan, you already do way too much in this industry. You're on my television way too often as it is. You really don't have to add "Live" to your resume.

This is who we're missing out on:

1. Jerry O'Connell

He was the obvious choice before Ryan was chosen, as he would host for days at a time alongside Kelly this past year and their chemistry was fantastic.

2. Alex Rodriguez

From a retired football player to a retired baseball player, it could work?

3. Justin Timberlake

He may be permanently housed in LA but the cuteness he offers along with cute little Kelly would create a dynamic duo.

4. Kanye West

He's definitely not the most reliable co-host but could you imagine the episodes that would come from that???

5. Anna Kendrick

Hilarious, friendly, a person to the people.

6. Neil Patrick Harris

As two family-oriented New Yorkers, every morning would be a musical masterpiece. Plus, have you seen the Tony's? He's a professional host.

7. Matt LeBlanc

Because who else misses seeing Joey Tribbiani on their televisions?

8. Simon Cowell

If you want an "American Idol" alum, might as well make it someone with a strong personality.

9. Max Greenfield

He stole our hearts as Schmidt in "New Girl" and I have no doubt he'd do just the same in real life.

10. Mark Consuelos

Arguably one of the cutest and best couples Hollywood has offered us, they'd be a love story in front of our eyes.

11. Ellie Kemper

Quirky Kimmy would make it a lot easier to wake up each morning.

12. Dax Shepard

Everything that comes out of this guy's mouth is hilarious. Why wouldn't he be chosen?

13. Lindsay Lohan

She's definitely not our first choice but her schedule is probably clear enough to be considered as a last choice option.

14. Josh Gad

The most versatile choice, he can be a man OR snowman.

15. Regis Philbin

If we had it our way, Regis and Kelly would be partners forever.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
