With the release of Fuller House, I have found myself thinking about the original series quite a bit. I personally have a soft spot for Full House, so whenever the episodes are on I tend to watch them. As I started re-watching the original I noticed that Michelle Tanner can really capture everyday moments and feelings of a college student. So, here are just some of the many ways Michelle really understands what college is really like.

1. The feeling of trying to make friends all over again.

.

For the first few days you literally are paying for people to judge you and decide if they like you enough to befriend you. It's a blow to your confidence when you realize you have to make friends all over again.

2. When the professor moves your class and you run to make it in time.

This happened to me earlier this year when my English class was relocated, and I had to run across the quad to make it in time. Let's just say this is more accurate than I'd like it to be.

3. What you tell your parents when you're unsure how that exam or paper really went.

This is one of the most used lines in any student's collection of phrases. I tend to pull this one out when I did try my best and it might not have paid off like I would have liked it to.

4. How you feel when you did something embarrassing.

Doesn't matter if your friend reminds you what you did on Saturday night, or if it happened thirty seconds ago the instant embarrassment feeling comes no matter what.

5. When you're dealing with all the fake people that lurk on your campus.

You know these people. We will just leave this here.

6. When you finally meet people you like and eventually you become friends.

YES. You finally found people on campus who understand you and want to spend time with you. Winning!! What could be better than that?!

7. The mornings when you see at least one person right away.

Doesn't matter what day of the week it is or where I always run into someone I know first thing. It's amazing how college students can simultaneously not care and care about what they look like at the same time.

8. You will go to the grave supporting your friends.

No one understands what you're going through more than your new friends, and they support you no matter what. Seriously, sometimes they have more confidence in you than you do at times.

9. When you just know nothing good is going to come out of a night out.

You knew it was going to be a bad night filled with mistakes, but you went out anyway.

10. When you see that cute boy/girl outside of class.

You have nothing to say to the cute person, but the inside of you is just really captivated by being in their presence outside of a classroom.

11. When said cute person talks to you in class.

It's totally fine that because they picked up your pen you're already planning your kid's names.

12. When you reunite with your friends after being away from them for a weekend.

You have to immediately catch up on all the drama in both of your weekends because FOMO is real. Plus, who likes to be the one who doesn't know what's going on in your friend group.

13. When you have to say goodbye to your family and return to college.

Let's be real for a second saying goodbye to your family is always the worst part of vacation, and everyone holds back tears at some point over it.

Michelle Tanner seems to have a solid grip on college life. I probably should have paid more attention to her as a kid, and maybe I would have been a bit more prepared for the reality of college life.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
