The gym is our safe place. Our favorite place. The time of day we look forward to most (besides meals). Here are 12 things we all think while at our gym.
1. Just 30 more minutes and I'll leave. I've been in here for two and a half hours, but it's fine.
2. YOU CAN DO IT! YOU CAN RUN ANOTHER MILE!
3. Wow, I have no good music to work out to.
4. OH MY GOSH! I love this song.
5. Please please don't get on the treadmill right beside me. There are 10 other ones you can choose that aren't directly beside me.
6. I'm gonna be so sore tomorrow.
7. I can't wait to see what my body looks like in a month.
8. If only I could eat healthy, too.
9. The adrenaline rush I get before and during workouts is compared to no other.
10. Man, I love this place.
11. Don't talk to me while I have headphones in.
12. Oh, leg day, the bitter sweetness.
