Whether you believe you are a good driver, or not, I think we've all been on the road with our fair share of "dummies". There are many things that may impact our every day commute and I'm sure every driver understands that. Here are 12 things that every driver seems encounters on a daily basis!

1. Slow drivers

Please go 10 mph (or even more than that) under the speed limit and then when I try to pass you, speed up so it's impossible for me. Drive faster or just stop! I'm not in a rush, but I just don't feel like being a grandma today.

2. Tailgaters

I'm already going 10 mph over the speed limit, what more do you want from me? Pass me if you're going to and if not, back away from me! I will slam on my brakes and you will back off.

3. People who cut you off

If I have to slam my brakes while I'm driving just because you decided to pull out in front of me, I will honk my horn and I will flip you off. You're the worst kind of driver.

4. The ones who don't understand "right of way"

I was at this intersection way before you were, so don't honk at me when we go the same time; I had the right of way, buddy. Learn the laws of the road, or go back to drivers ed.

5. Traffic lights

I swear I've waited at this red light for ten minutes now and everyone else keeps going. Then the light turns green and then yellow two seconds later, and then red. Those damn red lights are 10X longer than the green ones.

6. Animals

Dead or alive, they make you swerve and slam on your brakes. The dead ones may smell up your car and the alive ones could do damage to it. Just hurry and get out of the way little guy!

7. Bicycles

I do believe that we should share the road with bikes, but when there are so many of them and I can't get around for a good amount of time, it is going to irritate me and make me frustrated. Just get out of my way please!

8. Cops

I was in a rush, so I was driving a little faster than I should have, and who is hiding with his radar gun up ahead? Of course, the po-po. Please, don't turn on those blue lights, please.

9. The no-turn-signal user

I just waited for you to go by so I wouldn't cut you off, but you turned without using a signal, so I waited there for nothing. Or how about the people who like to turn without any warning because they decide not to use a turn signal? It's so easy to just click it to the side you need; it isn't going to screw you up!

10. Passengers

Even if they're in the front seat, they can still be considered "back seat drivers". If you want to tell me how to drive and where to go, I'll pull over and you can do it yourself. Let me do me!

11. Traffic

Why is it so busy at 2pm? Who drives places at 2 in the afternoon? Just because I'm out here doesn't mean everyone should be as well. I have nowhere to be, but I don't like sitting in traffic for hours either.

12. Distractions

Whether it be your phone or the radio, or anything in between, you're always distracted by something. It's so hard to jam out to your music and pay attention to the road at the same time! We need someone to invent a car to drive for us.

13. ROAD RAGE

I'm sure all of these things listed above cause road rage, but I'm pretty sure I experience road rage at least ten times every time I drive. I yell, I swear, I honk, and I even flip the bird. Every driver knows the real struggle of driving with this rage.

We all know the struggles, and there are so many more that we go through on our daily commute, but these are just a few that make it hard for us to keep our sanity.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
