Sorority chapter meetings are like business meetings- full of agendas, plans, and voting. At the end of the day, it's still a bunch of college women tightly packed in a small room for some time. With all work comes play, and there's no one who understands the fun of work quite like the staff of Dunder-Mifflin. Every chapter has their Michaels, Dwights, and Pams, and there's no better group to give an insight into an average chapter meeting.

1. Seeing your big/little before chapter.

2. Trying to get to your seat in the middle of the row.

3. When someone doesn't fit the dress code.

4. When your name is read for Financial Bad Standing.

5. When an officer forgets to submit a lengthy report and has to read it aloud.

6. When a fraternity man comes to speak about their philanthropy event.

7. Risk Manager's speech preparing the chapter for the next social.

8. When a rare, controversial issue comes up.

9. When people share jokes only they understand during Sisterhood Shoutouts.

10. Sitting through the post-chapter workshop.

11. The end of the night.

12. Knowing you have a full week until the next meeting.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
