We're past the halfway point in the semester. We still have finals week remaining but we're all mentally done. We're dead inside and nothing can heal us except for the end of this semester. If you're as done as I am, then all of the below will apply to you.

1. Nothing can get you upset anymore. Your professors have played with your feelings so much that you've become hollow.

2. But you do have the occasional need to kill because you have 20 essays, 10 tests, 85 homework assignments all in one week.

3. After a while, you just accept that you're never going to be happy.

4. You have no idea what's going on when you don't have a single assignment due during a specific week.

5. You accept that you're a B-C student rather than an A student

6. When caffeine gives you a special kind of high that you just can't live without.

7. You can't deal with people until you have had your first cup of coffee.

8. You're not as excited for Christmas because the semester stole your soul.

9. You can no longer balance school and spending time with your friends, resulting in your friends feeling abandoned.

10. You feel super guilty for abandoning your friends to do homework.

11. But then you prioritize naps over spending actual time with them.

12. You give up on socializing and accept that your main function in life is to get through this semester.

So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
