Now that it's summer we all need something to keep us busy. And what better thing to do then watch Netflix? I have compiled a list of the best binge-worthy shows on Netflix, according to me. So sit back, relax and enjoy because you're going to be here for a while.

1. Gossip Girl

If you love fashion, drama, and New York City then you've found the show for you! Not many TV shows make you fall in love with characters quite like Gossip Girl. We all need the Blair to our Serena.

2. Friends

This one is a classic and one of the funniest. A huge plus is they're only 30 minutes, which makes binge watching even easier.

3. Grey's Anatomy

Now if you want your heart to be ripped out and stomped on let me introduce you to Grey's Anatomy. It will make you laugh. It will make you cry. It will make you think you know how to be a doctor. Plus, this show gave us all McDreamy. Did I mention it will make you cry?

4. Friday Night Lights

This one isn't as basic as some others on this list but it's just as good. It doesn't have some of those crazy scandalous moments, but it is just as addicting nonetheless. Plus, who wouldn't love to watch actors play football?

5. American Horror Story

American Horror Story is absolutely phenomenal, but I warn you, you may need to sleep with your lights on. With 6 seasons all having different themes it never gets boring and will keep you hooked.

6. Scandal

The best way to describe Scandal is, well, scandal (*pun intended). With twists and turns in every episode you won't be able to stop watching. And Kerry Washington is perfection.

7. One Tree Hill

I think every girl had a crush on Chad Michael Murray when they were younger and if you didn't you will after this show. This cast is amazing and incredibly relatable. It's most definitely a must-watch. You will also find your relationship goals in Nathan and Haley.

8. The Vampire Diaries

Romance. Mystic creatures. Gorgeous vampire brothers. What more could you ask for?! The Vampire Diaries truly is fantastic and will play with your emotions through all the ups and downs of Mystic Falls.

9. Stranger Things

Okay, so unless you lived under a rock this past year you've heard about Stranger Things. If you watch this show for anything, watch it for Millie Bobby Brown, who slays as Eleven. I promise you will become obsessed with her.

10. Orange is the New Black

Arguably the best cast in Television, this show is phenomenal. It's funny, yet heart-warming and will make you fall in love with all of the memorable characters. 10/10.

11. Riverdale

This show is so addicting and the cast is perfection. Cole Sprouse, need I say more. Also, KJ Apa who plays Archie is beautiful... and Australian (hence why there are two gifs... you're welcome).

12. 13 Reasons Why

Wow, just wow. This is one of the best shows I've ever seen. I watched it in just 2 days because I literally couldn't stop. The actors are fantastic, the story is heart-breaking, and the message is one that needs to be told.
